Initial Consultation
Service Description
We focus on your health by doing a detailed history and physical exam to make a treatment plan that's right for you. The initial visit is typically up to 1 hour where we will talk about what has brought you in. We then go through a physical exam that consists of looking at your posture, some simple movements, together with specific testing to determine how best to help you with your pain. We will discuss the treatment plan in the next appointment which is typically up to 30 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. Less than 24 hours: 50% consultation fee, and if you do not attend: full consultation fee
