Service Description
Life moves fast. In a year or two, things change; work, family, stress, activity levels, and all of it can have an effect on your body. Before we get back into treatment, we need a proper catch-up. We'll go through anything that's changed in your health and life, and run through a physical exam to see where you're at now. You probably haven't changed too much, but enough that we want to make sure we're working from an up-to-date picture of you.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. Less than 24 hours: 50% consultation fee, and if you do not attend: full consultation fee
