Service Description
A lot can happen in two years or more. New injuries, new stresses, new chapters of life, your body tells the story of all of it. Because it's been a while, we treat this much like your first visit. We'll go through your history properly, update everything that's changed, and do a full physical exam before we decide together what the next steps look like. It's not about starting from scratch, it's about making sure we get it right.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. Less than 24 hours: 50% consultation fee, and if you do not attend: full consultation fee
